$28 MILLION HARBORPLACE DEVELOPMENT PLANNED FOR KENOSHA'S SOUTHPORT MARINA

KENOSHA, Wis. – Groundbreaking is anticipated in July for HarborPlace, a $28 million upscale condominium and retail development adjacent to the Southport Marina on Kenosha’s lakefront.

Scheduled for occupancy in July 2007, HarborPlace will include 58 residential condominium units and 43,000 square feet of retail space. Direct Development & Construction Inc. of Green Bay is the project’s developer and general contractor.
