TWO BUSINESSES ON THE MOVE TO MAIN STREET

GREEN BAY, Wis. – Prophit Marketing (formerly J Keidinger Advertising) and Millennium
Architects & Designers will move into new spaces in the Olde Main Street district later
this summer managed by Direct Development Inc.

Prophit Marketing will make a short move next door Aug. 1 to Olde Town Crossing,
1228 Main St. Owned by Joe Keidinger, Prophit Marketing specializes in serving small
and mid-sized companies, and has grown from three to eight team members over the past
two years.

In addition to providing full-service marketing capabilities, Prophit Marketing offers
leadership training, guidance on effective utilization of process partners, and other systems
designed to help companies succeed in marketing regardless of size. Keidinger also offers
a variety of public speaking topics and performances.

Millennium Architects & Designers will move Sept. 1 from Ashwaubenon to Main Street
Commons, 1263 Main St. Co-owned by architect Mark Dillenburg and interior designer
Nancy Widi, Millennium offers both disciplines to clients in the retail, educational and
commercial marketplaces.

Millennium is active within the high-end retail market nationwide, and is helping renew
the commercial and residential sectors in the Florida/Alabama panhandle region. Ongoing
projects include a training facility at Kewaunee Power Station and work for Western
Technical College in La Crosse.
