GREEN BAY, Wis. – The Citgo Main Stop, located at 1335 Main St. in Green Bay,
re-opened its expanded fuel pumping stations Thursday, Dec. 1, and its new building
soon will feature the area’s third Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches outlet.

The property is owned by Ralph and Beth Aschenbrenner, along with Ralph’s brother,
Mike Aschenbrenner, who also serves as store manager. The business expanded its
fueling capabilities from four pumps to six, and added diesel fuel to its offerings.
Citgo Main Stop’s new 4,000-square-foot retail structure is approximately three times
larger than the old facility, with the station’s retail business covering about 2,500 square
feet. The store opens daily at 5 a.m.

The Jimmy John’s portion of the building will open early next year, and the
Aschenbrenners plan to add drive-through access for the restaurant. Steve and
Debra Daffinson will lease space for the Jimmy John’s outlet. They own two additional
Jimmy John’s in the Green Bay area, at 430 Cardinal Lane in Howard and
2101 S. Oneida St. in Ashwaubenon.

Direct Development & Construction of Green Bay served as the general contractor
and facilitated the leasing relationship.
